In Victoria Beckham : Sonam Kapoor

The Beautiful Sonam Kapoor looked even more Beautiful wearing a Lemon yellow Victoria Beckham Spring 2012 dress at a Press Conference to promote her new film, Players.
The dress in question was not presented on the runway. Instead, it was unveiled at a Press Preview held last month.
It fits Sonam immaculately and the length is perfect. Nude peep-toes and hair swept to one side completed her look.

In Namrata Joshipura : Kareena Kapoor

The Gorgeous Kareena Kapoor, attended the Big Star Entertainment Awards, wearing a Namrata Joshipura creation.
The dress is a Stunning Black Sequins gown from Namrata's Spring Summer 2012 Collection, with a High slit.
Bebo completed her look with YSL Heels and Amrapali Earrings.
I like the look, but I wish she had opted for a better Hair-Do. The Glossy Hair swept to one side looks really Boring with a dress as Stunning as this. She really needs to start experimenting with her hair.

Black Magic : Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor

For Big Star Entertainment Awards, both Priyanka and Kareena opted for Black Gowns.

Priyanka graced the event wearing a One Shouldered Monisha Jaisingh Gown with leather detailing at the bust.
On the other hand, Kareena opted for a Sequin Namrata Joshipura Black Gown and teamed it with YSL Shoes.

I think they both looked great, But whose look do you prefer more?

In Zara : Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra opted for a Simple Zara dress for the Game Launch Event of her upcoming film, Don 2.
The dress looks great on her but the styling ruins the look for me.
What's up with those Black peep toes? With a dress so simple, a pair of Colored heels would have worked better to jazz up the look.

I know its too late to be doing this post, But, better late than Never.

Kareena looked absolutely Stunning as she graced the cover of Cosmopolitan's Anniversary October Issue, wearing a Gold Jatin Verma dress with shoulder pads. Red lips and that killer pout, made the cover look even more Stunning.

In the inside scans, she is seen wearing a Red Namrata Joshipura Gown with a plunging V-Neckline and a Grey Khushali Kumar strapless Dress with Chain Details.

In Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna : Chitrangda Singh

The Gorgeous Chitrangda Singh was in attendance for the D7 Fashion Launch, where she came to show her support for Designers, Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna.
And what better way to show your support, than by wearing one of the Designers' creation.
So Chitrangda opted for a Sequin  dress from the Designers' Autumn Winter 2011 Collection. Its a One shouldered dress and I think Chitrangda carries it off well.
Metallic Shoes and a clutch completed her look.

P.S. Did she get a new Hair Cut done? I think it suits her really well.

Its a Black Sleeveless Sequins Number.

I don't like the dress that much, But Genelia sure carries it off well.

In Shehlaa by Shehla Khan : Sonam Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor is a true fashionista. Not only does she likes to dress up in expensive clothes; she also believes in promoting new budding designers.
Sonam made an appearance on the TV show 'Nach Le with Saroj Khan', wearing a Mosaic printed Maxi dress by Shehla Khan.Its a sleeveless dress with vibrant colors and interesting pattern and looks great on Sonam making her look taller and slimmer.
Gorgeous curls and Gold flats completed her look.

Its a Beautiful dress and I would have loved to see her wear it at a day event out in the sun, considering the dress has such a summery feel to it. Don't you agree?

P.S. Shehla Khan is a very talented upcoming Designer who is all ready to make her debut at Fashion Week. Sonam wore another creation of hers, for her apperance on the Simi Show, months ago.

In Zara Blouse : Anushka Sharma

For an Interview with Taran Adarsh, during the promotions of Ladies Vs. Ricky Bahl, Anushka Sharma was spotted wearing a Black Zara Blouse with Little stars all over it.

I think its a nice look for an interview and she looks radiant as always.

In Versace : Bipasha Basu

Bipasha Basu attended a promotional event for a Jewellery Brand yesterday, wearing a dress from Versace Ready to Wear Fall 2011 Collection.

Its a Black number with a White Tulip Motif detailing at the top with a sexy slit at the bottom to the side.

I like the dress and Bipasha carries it off well. But her hair dampens the look for me. The super straight hair do not look good on her. You Agree?

In Zara : Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia is one busy girl, these days. With the promotions of her latest film, Pappu Can't Dance Saala, we spotted Neha at two different events wearing Zara.

For the Premier of the film, Neha opted for a Sheer White Zara Shirt with double pockets. She paired the shirt with a Gold Sequin Skirt and matching shoes.

 For a promotional event earlier in the day, Neha attended the event wearing a White shirt with black detailing and a Zara Two Tone Skirt. Pulled back hair, Peep Toes and Red lips completed her look.

Which look do you like more? White with Gold or White with White?

In Masaba : Masaba and Pernia Qureshi

Designer Masaba Gupta (left), launched her flagship store tonight in Delhi.

Masaba opted for a color blocked Kurti with Black leggings and Pumps.

Hosting the event was Stylist Pernia Qureshi, who wore a Beautiful Masaba Saree. She completed her look with a Grey Cardigan, cos its freezing cold in Delhi.

I think they both look nice :)

In Nandita Mahtani : Shazahn Padamsee

The cute Shazahn Padamsee, attended the Kiehl's Launch Event, wearing a Red Dress by Nandita Mahtani.

Its a short flirty number, with a V Neckline and Flutter sleeves, with an Sequined Belt cinched at the waist.

I think she looks great. Gold shoes and a clutch completed her look. Thumbs Up!!

The Horror Show : Kangana Ranaut

Kangy Baby, it seems, is going all the way out to copy Victoria Beckham.

If you have been following my blog, you'll know that, Kangana's last few appearances, vaguely reminds us of Victoria Beckham; from the posture to the style and Attitude.

For The Dirty Picture Success Party, Kangana opted for Red Pants and White top with a Metallic Jacket.

I don't like the jacket at all. Looks like Aluminum Foil wrapped on her. Also, the Pants are so striking that they clash with the Jacket.

And, that  heavy make up, contributes in making this look a total Disaster.

We are Disappointed Kangana!!

In Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna : Poorna Jagannathan

Delhi Belly Actress, Poorna Jagannathan, was spotted wearing a skirt by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna from their Spring Summer 2012 Collection.

Its a Black Sequined Skirt with sheer side panels.

Poorna teamed the skirt with a fitted White Shirt. I'm not really sure if this shirt works with the skirt. Looks to Blah for the skirt.

A Beaded Necklace and Black Pumps completed her look.

Anushka Sharma at the Nivea Event

Anushka Sharma opted for a White Gown for The Nivea event.

Its a simple embroidered dress with an exquisite back. Also, I think its a great look for a Day event.

Pink Lips and Natural Wavy locks completed the look.

She's having a good run in the Fashion department. Let's hope it continues :)

In Retrospect

As you know, I couldn't blog for 2 months because of my exams. So, all my 'In Retrospect' posts are dedicated to the appearances during that time.

Here are some of the appearances by our leading ladies, which I thought deserve to be blogged about.

Anushka Sharma in Dior :

Anushka looked gorgeous in a Green Dior Gown at the GQ Awards. Its an embellished gown with a a flowy skirt from Dior's Resort 2011 Collection. Pink Lips and Wavy locks completed her look.

Preity Zinta in Gucci :

Preity Zinta was felicitated with an award in Venice, a few months back. For the event Preity opted for a White Gucci dress. Its a simple dress with embellished neck and a key-hole detailing. Wavy locks and Ankle Cuff shoes completed her look. This is the best I've seen Preity look, in a while.

Deepika Padukone in Gauri Nainika :

Deepika looked statuesque in a Deep red Gauri Nainika Spring Summer 2012 Collection, at the Hello Awards. Its a Beautiful Halter Neck gown with a peplum detailing at the waist and a trail. The color could look overwhelming on any actress, but Deepika pulled it off well. Pulled Back Hair and Matching Lips completed the look.

Best 5 Looks of 2011 : Kareena Kapoor

After the Worst 5 looks of Kareena (which you can check here), Here's presenting her Best 5 looks of the year 2011.

5. Kareena at the EMAET Launch :

At first, I did not really like this particular appearance of Kareena, wearing the printed Vanessa Bruno Maxi Dress. But, the more you look at it, the more you’ll like it. This is a dress which is so ‘Non-Kareena’, but she carries it off well. I’m so glad that she is experimenting with her looks and for that, I think that this look deserves a place on this list.

4. Kareena at the Cosmo Awards :

Elie Saab is one of my very favorite designers and I was so excited to see Kareena in his creation. Bebo opted for a Nude Sequined Elie Saab Gown for the Cosmo Awards. I think she looked great in it. Many of you may argue that the color of the gown washes her out, but I think she carries it off with ease. The pockets looked so cute!

3. Kareena at Madame Tussaud's : 

No one carries off Manish Malhotra Sarees like Bebo does. And she once again proved it with this apperance of hers in an Embellished Cream MM saree, at the unveiling of her Wax Replica at Madame Tussaud's. The Maroon Blouse brings in striking contrast and makes it look even more Beautiful. It was a big day in her life and I think she looked Beyond Beautiful. The Jhumkas complimented her look, very well. For me, Its one of her very best Saree Looks.

2. Kareena at the Manish Malhotra Fashion Show : 

Kareena looked absolutely Gorgeous in this Manish Malhotra Anarkali. Its a simple outfit, but Kareena breathes life into it. The Delicate Embroidery at the neck and the sleeves looked Beautiful. And the Cut-Out Back is amazing. As always, She carries off Indian attire with such ease and effortless style. 

1. Kareena at Ra.One Premier (London) :

STUNNING! That's the word that describes this look. I remember being so disappointed that Kareena wore a MM Saree for the Dubai premier, that I was not interested to see what she’ll wear for the London Premier. But, She instead decided to blow my mind away, by wearing this Strapless Sequin Dolce & Gabbana Gown. The Gown fits her immaculately. And so happy that she decided to pull back her hair, so that attention could be drawn to her Gorgeous face. She looked like a Bonafide Movie SuperStar.

So Guys, these are my Favorite 5 Kareena Looks of the year. Do you Agree?
